For the semi-trailers we sell, we have a one-year warranty.
One year warranty
The new semi-trailers sold by PANDA Mech provide a one-year warranty from the date of shipment. PANDA Mech semi-trailers sold through dealers must be registered within 30 days of purchase to enjoy this warranty service. PANDA Mech guarantees that all newly sold semi-trailers are free of the manufacturer’s defective workmanship, parts and materials. We will repair or replace any parts identified by PANDA Mech free of charge.
This limited warranty does not apply to natural disasters, terrorist acts, normal wear and tear, product failure due to lack of maintenance or cleaning, accidental damage, negligence, lack of or insufficient dust collection, misuse/abuse or damage caused Repairs or alterations have been performed or attempted by others.

Not covered by warranty
PANDA Mech is not responsible for additional tools or modifications sold or performed on any semi-trailer. The warranty may be invalidated after such tools are added and/or modified according to the specific circumstances. Before getting off the truck, we have already debugged the semi-trailer to ensure the quality of the semi-trailer.
For the damage or loss caused by the freight company or other circumstances beyond our control, please notify Panda Electromechanical as soon as possible, and we will assist in handling it as soon as possible. All claims for lost or damaged goods must be notified to Panda Machinery within 24 hours after delivery.
