The product has no quality problems and will not be returned or exchanged. If the product has quality problems, please contact us as soon as possible and provide product pictures (warm reminder: a picture clearly shows the situation of all products).
The product must be returned within 30 days after the delivery date. PANDA Mech does not have any warranty or return policy for any additional or altered configuration on semi-trailers without authorization.
If it is determined that the item/component is damaged due to lack of maintenance, cleaning and/or misuse/abuse, the customer will be responsible for the cost of replacing the item/component and all related transportation costs.
(This limited warranty does not apply to natural disasters; terrorist acts; normal wear and tear; product failure due to lack of maintenance or cleaning; damage due to accident, negligence, insufficient or insufficient dust collection; and/or repairs or repairs performed by others Damage caused by misuse/abuse or modification.)
For any damage or loss caused by the freight company or other circumstances beyond our control, please contact us to solve the problem as soon as possible. All claims for lost or damaged goods must be notified to PANDA within 24 hours of delivery.
After negotiation, it is determined that the product can be returned, and after receiving the returned product, a refund will be arranged within 1-2 working days. Refunds may need to go through an intermediary bank, and it takes 1-7 working days to return to the payment account.
