After we purchased the cement tanker, we needed to know how to use it. Then Panda introduces some of the unloading and loading in detail, hoping to help everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here\u2019s a condensed version of the cement bulker unloading process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Connect the discharge pipe, close the seal ring, open and then close the inlet\/outlet valves of the front\/rear air chambers, followed by the pressure relief, external air source, secondary air, and discharge butterfly valves.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Start the engine and air compressor, gradually increase fuel to reach rated speed and inflate the cement tank.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. At 0.15Mpa, open the secondary air ball valve to clear the discharge pipe, then close it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. At 0.2Mpa, open the discharge butterfly valve to begin unloading.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Close the front air chamber, use only the rear air chamber, and monitor the pressure. If it rises to 0.02Mpa, continue unloading.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. If pressure doesn\u2019t rise, the rear is unloaded; then open the front air chamber and repeat the process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Confirm no residue remains, stop the engine and compressor, open the pressure relief valve, close the discharge butterfly valve, remove the hose, and store it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1) What is a dry bulk cement tanker?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Cement tanker as known as a pneumatic dry bulk trailer, powder tanker, or bulk trailer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2) How to load cement tankers?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Before loading cement into the cement trailer<\/a>, first open the exhaust valve to ensure that the air in the tank has been removed to prevent accidents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. Then open the manhole cover, place the filter, and then load cement or other dry powder materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. After loading, wipe off the cement or other powder on the sealing ring and close the manhole cover tightly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. In the end, close the exhaust valve, and ensure that the butterfly valve and discharge valve are closed to avoid loss in transportation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Fastest way to unload bulk cement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Different modes of cement transport also have different unloading methods, the fastest unloading method is to use the pneumatic cement unloading system. The cement is transferred from the cement tanker to the storage silo or other storage containers by air compressors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3) How does the cement tanker work?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The most crucial of cement trailers is the job of the air compressor. The compressed air is transported through the pipeline to the air chamber in the sealed tank, so that the particles inside can be suspended. When the pressure inside the tank reaches a certain value, the discharge valve can be opened and the material inside can be transported through the pipeline. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5) How to unload the cement tanker trailer safely?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. The discharge pipe should be connected first. When the discharge pipe is connected, the seal ring should be closed; the inlet and outlet valves of the front and rear air chambers should be opened first, then the valves are closed: the pressure relief ball valve, External air source ball valve, secondary air ball valve, discharge butterfly valve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. Start the engine and the air compressor smoothly. Then gradually give more fuel, so that the air compressor can reach the rated speed and inflate the cement tank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. When the pressure rises to 0.15Mpa, open the secondary air ball valve to clean the discharge pipe, ensuring that the discharge pipe is not blocked. Then the secondary air ball valve can be closed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. When the pressure is 0.2Mpa, the discharge butterfly valve should be opened to start unloading.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. Close the front air chamber and only let the rear air chamber intake. Observe the pressure gauge and whether it rises. If it rises, it means that it is not unloaded. When the pressure rises to 0.02Mpa, start to unload.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    6. If the pressure value does not rise, it shows that the rear part has been unloaded. When it shows that the rear part finishes unloading, the front air chamber is opened into the balloon valve, the same principle as that of the rear air chamber.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    7. At last, confirm that there is no residue in the front and rear air chambers. Then turn off the engine and the air compressor. Open the pressure relief ball valve. Close the discharging butterfly valve. Remove the unloading quick joint. Take down the hose and put it back in the vehicle. The unloading job is completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
